IDENTITY OS
Service scope & delivery
A managed service for presenting your professional identity and making your approved profile discoverable by search engines.
What you receive
- A private invitation workspace and an owner-approved public profile with a shareable HTTPS URL.
- Person and ProfilePage structured data, a canonical URL and public-page metadata.
- A website audit, AI-assisted recommendations and a downloadable delivery report.
- Inclusion of eligible published profiles in the website sitemap, with Google Search Console submission tracked separately.
- Recorded Search Console checks with timestamps, plus status updates when evidence changes.
Your publication checklist
- Use your real professional name, accurate biography and a website you are authorized to represent. Replace all test content.
- Review the audit, correct factual errors and approve the exact details to publish.
- Publish the profile and keep its URL stable. Link to it from your own website or professional profile where appropriate.
- Review the Google discovery panel and delivery report. After editing, publish the new version again.
Completion and limits
Publication is complete when the public URL and structured data are available. Submission is complete when the sitemap is accepted by Google. Indexing is reported only after a Google Search Console observation. These are distinct milestones; payment must never be sold as a guarantee of indexing, rankings or a Knowledge Panel.
Search results can take days or weeks to change. Google decides whether to include a page. Identity OS is not affiliated with Google and does not independently verify identity.
Access and data
Your invitation is a private access key. Do not share it with others. Keep a copy of your delivery report. Unpublishing removes the profile from this service and its sitemap; search engines may retain older results until they recrawl. If your access key is lost or exposed, contact the person who issued it to request revocation and replacement.
Commercial price, service term and support arrangements must be agreed with your provider before purchase. Online payments are not enabled.
