Identity OS · Privacy and data use

Last updated: October 16, 2026. Operated by Yang / Wefluens for invited customers and testers.

What you provide

We store your name, company, role, website, biography, optional photo, audit results and consent history in Supabase. Cloudflare hosts the app. Your invitation code acts as your access key; keep it private.

AI and website analysis

When you request an audit, we fetch your public website and send your profile text and a website excerpt to Cloudflare Workers AI. Photos are not sent to the AI model. AI suggestions can be inaccurate and do not independently verify your identity or Google search visibility.

Publication and withdrawal

Drafts and audit results are private. Only the profile you explicitly approve is published. Public pages and photos can be accessed by anyone and may be indexed by search engines. You can withdraw a page using Unpublish; third-party cached copies may remain until those services update.

Google discovery and monitoring

When you approve publication and search indexing, eligible public URLs are included in a sitemap submitted to Google Search Console. The service operator can request indexing and store Google observations, timestamps and the profile version in Supabase for your private delivery report. Invitation codes, private drafts and private audit reports are not submitted to Google. Google independently decides how public information appears in search. Monitoring records show the last completed check.

Retention and control

Your workspace displays its access and hosting expiry date. Expiration withdraws access and public hosting but does not automatically erase stored records. You can download your profile, audit and search status as a delivery report in the app. To renew access, revoke an invitation or request deletion of your data and associated records, contact the person who invited you or email yang@wefluens.com. No payments or advertising trackers are included.
